I’m a real estate broker based in Queens, focused on helping homeowners navigate the sale of their properties.
Most of my work involves representing sellers throughout Queens, including Fresh Meadows and surrounding neighborhoods. Many of these situations are not always straightforward — whether it’s an estate sale, an inherited property, or a transaction that requires flexibility around timing or condition.
I started in real estate in 2010 and have been involved in transactions across Queens and New York City since. Over time, my focus has become more centered on working with homeowners and families who need a clear and thoughtful approach to selling.
Every property and situation is different. My goal is to understand what matters most, then structure the process accordingly — whether that means preparing a property for the open market or handling a more complex situation behind the scenes.
I’ve worked with homeowners, families, and attorneys on everything from standard sales to estate-related transactions. The goal is always the same — to make the process straightforward and handled properly from start to finish.
